Тетраэдр лидерства и управленческая продуктивность в современных социально-экономических условиях

Abstract

Первое десятилетие XXI века привнесло значительные изменения в подходах управления компанией: новое понимание ценностей, как менеджментом, так и сотрудниками, новые методологии управления и новые технологии лидерства. Настоящая работа посвящена анализу лидерского потенциала руководителей российских энергокомпаний в современных социально-экономических условиях, впервые дается определение и описание модели тетраэдра лидерства как условия продуктивности управления. Даются результаты исследования лидерского потенциала руководителей энергопредприятий и основные рекомендации по развитию и улучшению ситуации.
