Abstract

The article observes the question about special place of double standards category in the field of modern political theory. By means of analysis of traditional approaches to the problem, the author gives her own definition to the terms double standards and double-standard policy. Moreover, she proposes a new category double-standard principle that allows to make a suggestion about existence of objective laws related with double-standard situations' development.
