Психологический стресс в условиях изоляции

Abstract

В статье анализируются психологические особенности переживания стресса в условиях тюремной социальной депривации. Анализ стрессогенных факторов, определяющих психическое состояние заключенного под стражу, показывает, что переживание психологического стресса неизбежно для каждого индивида, оказавшегося в изоляции. Тюремный стресс, связанный с принудительном содержанием в следственном изоляторе, оказывает отрицательное влияние на психику индивида и при неблагоприятной динамике способствует появлению различных форм деструктивного поведения. В качестве стабилизирующего фактора, определяющего характер переживания стресса, выступает механизм преодоления стресса или копинг-стратегия. Анализ параметров устойчивости личности к пенитенциарному стрессу представляет раннюю профилактику деструктивных форм поведения в условиях тюремной социальной депривации.
