Мотивация государственных преступлений в оценках присяжных поверенных в пореформенной России

Abstract

The scientific sources have shown the importance of estimates of the attorneys at law in regard to the causes and nature of the revolutionary movement in the country. During the work the author has analyzed more than 200 speeches of the attorneys at law published in national periodical press and collections of verbatim process of political affairs of the 1870–1880 years, as well as unpublished (archival) documents.

Вводимые в научный оборот источники продемонстрировали важность оценок присяжных поверенных в отношении причин и характера революционного движения в стране. В ходе работы автором было проанализировано более двухсот речей присяжных поверенных, как опубликованных в отечественной периодике и сборниках стенографических процессов о политических делах 1870– 1880-х гг., так и неопубликованных (архивные документы).
