Abstract

The article presents the research results of enterprise activity motives. Classification of motives through consideration of theoretical concepts of motivation and the results of expert poll are given sufficient ground. The types of businessmen behaviour are determined and their characteristics are made.

В статье представлены результаты исследования мотивов предпринимательской деятельности. Обоснована классификация мотивов через рассмотрение теоретических концепций мотивации и результатов экспертного опроса. Выделены типы поведения предпринимателей, составлена их характеристика.
