Abstract

The article analyses the results of organizational changes in the institutions of the agrocultural sphere of Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. It states the necessity to accompany the changes with some peculiar reforms in the structure of organizations, so to match the market.

В статье дается оценка результатам реорганизации предприятий аграрного сектора Кабардино-Балкарской Республики. Обосновывается необходимость сопровождения преобразований реальными изменениями в организационной структуре и их адаптации к рыночным условиям.
