Abstract

For the purpose of detection and recognition probabilities estimation of objects depending on parameters of measurement system statistical modeling of the given process was spend. The functions of probability depend on relation of spot diameter to the characteristic size of an element of investigated surface, level of noise, number of rereflections in surface elements were defined. Possibilities of noise level decrease in measuring systems was shown at laser power stabilization.
