Abstract

В случаях оказания неотложной помощи при гинекологической патологии у детей на догоспитальном этапе особое значение имеют анатомо-физиологические особенности данного контингента больных. В статье представлены структура, особенности диагностики и лечения острой гинекологической патологии у девочек от 0 до 18 лет этапа оказания cкорой медицинской помощи, доставленных в стационар бригадами скорой медицинской помощи города Санкт-Петербурга на основании 1024 случаев, за период 2009–2010 гг.

The pediatric anatomo-physiological features knowledge is required in the diagnosis and treatment of urgent adolescent gynecological pathology. The article presents the structure, special features of diagnostics and treatment of acute gynaecological pathology in girls from 0 to 18 years of age at the stage of Emergency Medical Aid, delivered in hospital by Emergency crews in the city of Saint-Petersburg on the basis of 1024 cases, on the period 2009–2010
