Abstract

Концепция прав человека была сформирована на основании философии либерализма. Однако современная концепция прав человека, в аспекте глобализации, порождает ряд дилемм и этических коллизий, ставя вопросы как о границах толерантности, так и о границах законности.

The conception of the human rights was based on the philosophy of liberalism. But the modern conception of the human rights has many ethical dilemmas. It raises the questions about limits of tolerance and legality.
