Исследование физико-механических свойств кедрового ореха

Abstract

К физико-механическим свойствам единичных семян относятся геометрическая форма и линейные размеры, абсолютная масса, относительная плотность, аэродинамические, диэлектрические и другие свойства. Они важны при разработке и проектировании нового технологического оборудования для хранения и особенно технологической переработки семян. В статье приведены результаты исследований физико-механических свойств кедрового ореха, которые позволят спроектировать оптимальное устройство для его переработки.

Physical and mechanical properties of individual seeds are geometrical form and linear sizes, absolute mass, relative density, aerodynamic, dielectric and other properties. They are important at the development and designing the new process equipment for storage and especially technologic seeds processing. The results of the research of the pine nut physical and mechanical properties which will allow to design the optimum device for its processing are given in the article.
