This article is devoted to the analysis of the institute which is new to the Russian legal practice the public and state organization. The author considers questions of legal regulation of the status of the public and state organization to the Russian Federation, and also conditions under which the public and state organization will fully reflect interests of its citizens. In conclusion of the article the conclusion is given that the public and state organization is a peculiar link between society and the state created for the solution of tasks, which are on the joint of the state and civil society competences.

Статья посвящена анализу нового для российской правовой практики института - общественно-государственной организации. Автор рассматривает вопросы правового регулирования статуса общественно-государственной организации в РФ, а также условия, при которых общественно-государственная организация будет в полной мере отражать интересы граждан. В заключение статьи дается вывод, что общественно-государственная организация является своеобразным связующим звеном между обществом и государством, созданным для решения задач, находящихся на стыке компетенций государства и гражданского общества.
