К проблеме определения места полиции в структуре правовой реальности

Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition of the specificity of the law enforcement functions of legal consciousness. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the specificity of mentality of stuff of law enforcement agencies and social functions realized by the police in relation to society.

В статье определяется специфика правоохранительной функции правового сознания. Особое внимание уделяется анализу специфики мышления сотрудников правоохранительных органов и социальных функций, выполняемых полицией по отношению к обществу в целом.
