Abstract

The issues of the juvenile justice conception realization and associated problems are researched. Based on the experience of some of the Russian regions (including the Perm region) and also other countries the proposals are developed concerning the juvenile courts establishment and functioning as well as the improvement of the criminal and procedural law and its usage in practice.
