Abstract

В статье затрагивается вопрос об организационно-правовых основах деятельности местных Советов депутатов трудящихся в послевоенное время как исполнительно-распорядительных органов. Исполкомы объективно представляли собой центр экономической и политической жизни на местах.

Question is touched In article about organizing-legal base to activity of the local councils deputy toilling at postwar time as executive-efficient organ. Ispolkomy objectiv e presented itself centre economic and political life on places.
