Оценка стойкости алмазоподобных защитных покрытий к высокоэнергетическому ионному воздействию

Abstract

Работа посвящена исследованию возможности применения алмазоподобных покрытий в качестве защитных слоев, наносимых на конструктивные элементы космических аппаратов. Описана методика оценки стойкости тонких покрытий к воздействию ионного излучения с использованием фокусированного ионного пучка. Приведены результаты исследований стойкости образцов алмазоподобных покрытий на подложке из монокристаллического кремния по данной методике. Исследованы структура и механические свойства покрытий, определен коэффициент алмазоподобия. Показано, что стойкость покрытий не менее чем в 2,5 раза выше стойкости кремниевой подложки. Установлена связь между стойкостью покрытия к ионному воздействию, степенью алмазоподобия покрытия и его микротвёрдостью.
