Перспективные направления привлечения средств населения в жилищное строительство

Abstract

Развитие жилищных кооперативов постоянно находится под пристальным вниманием участников рынка недвижимости. Тем не менее, в современных условиях некоммерческие жилищные объединения граждан по-прежнему не играют значимой роли в деле обеспечения населения доступным жильем. В статье рассматриваются вопросы, которые необходимо решить для развития кооперативного движения.

The development of housing cooperatives is constantly under scrutiny of the real estate market participants. However, in modern conditions nonprofit housing associations of citizens still do not play a significant role in providing affordable housing to the population. The article considers issues that have to be solved in order to develop the cooperative movement.
