Abstract

Поиск хозяйствующими субъектами путей более эффективного раскрытия и использования потенциала находящегося в его распоряжении персонала обуславливает необходимость целенаправленного осуществления инвестиций в человеческий капитал. Современные формы вложений в человеческий капитал носят весьма разнообразный характер, требующий соблюдения положений соответствующих нормативных документов при отражении расходов на них в бухгалтерском учете.
