The article analyses the content of the notion of counteraction to the investigation and characterizes its main features. The author provides a complex analysis of the notion “counteraction to the investigation” (in terms of psychology, criminalistics and the science of criminal procedure). As a result, the author proposes his own definition of counteraction to the investigation and characterizes its main features: purposes and subjects of counteraction; reasons for its emergence; a subjective aspect and the content of actions relating to the counteraction.

Статья посвящена анализу содержания понятия противодействия расследованию и характеристике его основных признаков. В статье приведен комплексный анализ понятия «противодействие расследованию» (с точки зрения психологии, криминалистики и науки уголовного процесса). В результате автором предложено собственное определение противодействия расследования и дана характеристика его основных признаков: целей и субъектов противодействия; причин его возникновения; субъективной стороны и содержания действий по противодействию.
