Abstract

На основе законодательных новелл, предложенных Федеральным законом № 433-ФЗ от 29 декабря 2010 г., исследуются пределы действия ревизионного начала деятельности суда в контрольно-проверочных производствах уголовного судопроизводства России.

Based on the legislative novels, proposed by the Federal Law № 433-FZ of December 29, 2010, the limits of Audit inception, STI trial in checkout to criminal proceedings in Russia are being explored.
