Abstract

The analysis of photometer measurement error of reflectance factors for different integrating sphere design is done. The calculation of illuminance inside these spheres and on the sample surface is accomplished. Factors affecting on measurement error are considered. It is established that illuminance on the sample remains practically uniform for all considered sphere designs. The main photometric error is associated with a difference of samples reflection factors. The baffle usage doesn't create the additional photometric error.
