Abstract

Analysis of data from reporting forms No. 7 "Information about diseases malignant neoplasms" and 35 "Information about patients with malignant tumors" for 2003–2013, in the Orenburg region. Analysis of the dynamics of the primary and the overall incidence of malignant neoplasms (MN) of the population of the Orenburg region revealed a tendency to increase performance. Thus, the average annual growth rate of primary cancer development amounted to 2.8 %, while the average annual rate of increase in the prevalence of MN is 4.0%, which is ahead of national indicators (1.7 % and 3.2 % and average annual growth rates of the primary and the overall incidence of MN of the population of the Russian Federation, respectively). We found that the highest values of primary and General morbidity MN registered in the Central region. However, the area with adverse ecoepidemiological trend should be considered Eastern Orenburg region. The analysis of patterns of cancer development by sex, selected areas with high and low rates of primary incidence and prevalence of ZN, encasement and five-year survival rate. Share timely Belgrade on account of cancer patients in the region above the national average, but is only about half of the cases of cancer over the study period.
