This paper investigates approaches to the definitions of “institutional support”, “institution”, “institute”. Specific features of interactions between the industrial-organizational structure and financialinvestment infrastructure of the industrial region in the implementation of the project are highlighted. Specifics of financing of the investment project stages are considered, and the elements of the financial and investment infrastructure engaged in it are identified. The impact of the institutional support on the value of transaction costs in the implementation of the investment project stages is justified.

Исследованы подходы к определению понятия «институциональное обеспечение», «институт», «институция». Освещены особенности взаимодействия организационно-производственной структуры и финансово-инвестиционной инфраструктуры промышленного региона в процессе внедрения инвестиционного проекта. Рассмотрены особенности финансирования этапов инвестиционного проекта и определены элементы финансово-инвестиционной инфраструктуры, которые его осуществляют. Обосновано влияние институционального обеспечения на величину трансакционных издержек при воплощении этапов инвестиционного проекта.
