Abstract

Крепостной музыкант Лев Степанович Гурилев (отец композитора Александра Львовича Гурилева, известного более всего как автора романсов) был одним из значительных композиторов современников Бортнянского. Был домашним капельмейстером графа Владимира Григорьевича Орлова, младшего брата фаворита императрицы Екатерины II. Орлов имел крепостной театр, оркестр, хоровую капеллу в усадьбе Семеновское-Отрада. Духовно-музыкальное творчество Льва Гурилева сохранилось в единичных произведениях. Хоровой концерт «На божественней стражи» представляет собой один из ярких примеров концертного жанра эпохи Екатерины II. Произведение написано для двух хоров, состоит из трех частей. Публикуется полностью.

Leo Gurilev (1770-1844) is a well-known composer, who lived during Catherine II regency. He was Vladimir Orlov’s bondman. Vladimir Orlov is a brother of Grigory Orlov, favorite Catherine II. The life in homestead Semenovskoe-Otrada is being described in article, also destiny of musician and his duty of service. The supplement of article is music sheets for choral concert “During divine guard” for two chorus.
