Abstract

In this paper the authors present the municipal activity of Tomsk in the area of developing a model for the integration of the youth community in the context of addressing the tasks of primary prevention of drug addiction. The fundamentals of the model as well as the stages of its development are substantiated. The administrational and methodical resourcing and the pattern of interaction of subjects, engaged in accomplishing the set objectives, are determined. The authors also present empirical data reflecting the outcome of efficiency evaluation of the municipal expertise in involvement of youth in the processes of primary prevention of drug addiction within the city environment. The method of published sources analysis, the expert evaluation method, survey, and modelling have been applied for the purpose of this paper.

Представлена муниципальная практика г. Томска по созданию модели интеграции молодежного сообщества для решения задач первичной наркопрофилактики. Обоснованы принципиальные основания модели, этапность; показано организационно-методическое обеспечение, характер взаимодействия субъектов, включенных в реализацию планируемых задач. Приведены эмпирические данные, отражающие оценку эффективности представленного муниципального опыта привлечения молодежного сообщества к процессам профилактики наркомании в городской среде. Использованы методы теоретического анализа, метод экспертных оценок, опрос, моделирование.
