
Experimental results of research are resulted and mechanisms of formation of structure volumetric nanostructured materials on the basis of the copper, received by reactionary mechanical alloying in the air of copper by aluminum (system Cu-Al-O), of copper by aluminum and graphite (system Cu-Al-C-O) are discussed. Influence of additives of a powder copper oxide on structure and properties of materials Cu-Al-C-O is studied.
Приведены экспериментальные результаты исследования и обсуждены механизмы формирования структуры объемных наноструктурных материалов на основе меди, полученных реакционным механическим легированием на воздухе меди алюминием (система Cu-Al-O) и меди алюминием и графитом (система Cu-Al-C-O). Изучено влияние добавок порошка окиси меди на структуру и свойства материалов Cu-Al-C-O.
