Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам обеспечения кибернети­ческой безопасности современной России, даны авторские определения понятиям «кибернетическая безопасность», «кибернетическая война», «кибернетическаяреволюция», предложены правовые и организационные меры противодействия угрозам в сфере кибернетической безопасности.

The paper is devoted to problems of ensuring the cybersecurity of today’s Russia, the author’s definitions of such notions as cybersecurity, cyberwar, and cyber revolution are given, legal and organ­isational measures for counteracting threats in the cybersecurity sphere are propounded.
