В статье рассматривается влияние мирового финансовоэкономического кризиса на российскую экономику, ее состояние и тенденции развития. Анализируются причины отсутствия ощутимых позитивных сдвигов в переходе на модернизационный (инновационный) тип воспроизводства. Обосновывается, что основная проблема − это сложившаяся система экономических отношений, ее институциональное воплощение, не стимулирующее (либо антистимулирующее) предпринимательский интерес к инновациям.

The article discusses the impact of the global financial and economic crisis on Russian economy, its current state and growth trends. The reasons for absence of any significant positive shifts in switching to the upgrading (innovative) reproduction type are analyzed. It is being justified that the main problem is the existing system of economic relations, its institutional realization that does not incite (or even prevent) enterprisers interest in innovation.
