Криминалистическая техника как область специальных криминалистических знаний уголовного судопроизводства

Abstract

В статье предпринята попытка определения структуры и содержания специальных криминалистических знаний, реализуемых в уголовном судопроизводстве России. Описаны критерии разграничения специальных криминалистических знаний от тех знаний криминалистики, которые в уголовном процессе не могут являться специальными для лиц, осуществляющих предварительное расследование или судебную деятельность. Уточнен круг субъектов уголовного судопроизводства, процессуально и непроцессуально реализующих свои специальные криминалистические познания, как в ходе производства судебной экспертизы, так и вне этого процесса.
