Abstract

В статье анализируются различные подходы к понятиям «иностранный работник», «использование и привлечение иностранной рабочей силы». Проведенный автором анализ позволяет сформулировать авторское определение исследуемого понятия и дополнения в действующее законодательство.

In article use and attraction of foreign labor are analyzed various approaches to concepts «the foreign worker», the analysis carried out by the author allows to formulate author's definition of investigated concept, to formulate additions in the current legislation
