Abstract

The results of crossing the Kazakh White-Head cows with German Yellow bulls are presented. Under the conditions of intensive cattle breeding the half-blood steers of the German Yellow breed surpassed the pure-bred analogues in their growth intensity. The quantity indices of their beef production were significantly higher.
