Экономико-математические методы определения качества услуг автомобильного транспорта

Abstract

The article considers the methods and models to determine the quality of services, the characteristics of the basic stimulus of the quality in the standard of servqual. The author of the modified methodology for measuring the quality of services of passenger transport and determined its synthesis (average) rate, with application of economic-mathematical models.

В статье рассматриваются методы и модели определения качества услуг, дана характеристика основных стимулов качества в стандарте servqual. Автором разработана модифицированная методика измерения качества услуг пассажирского транспорта и определен его обобщающий (интегральный) показатель, с применением экономико-математических моделей.
