Abstract

The article is devoted to analysis of the current state of political-communicative interaction between government and society in Russia. The choice of this topic due to the recent transformation of political consciousness of the Russians, namely: orientation of the society on the democratic values of political management. Thus, the mass protests of citizens of the Russian Federation in the period of the electoral cycle 2011-2012 were not only caused by dissatisfaction with the election results, but was accompanied by a sharp criticism of the Russian authorities, who have systematically ignored the opinions of ordinary citizens in the formulation and adoption of political and administrative decisions. Since then, the formation of political-communicative interaction between the political elite and society becomes one of the priority tasks of the state policy. In this article the authors attempt to analyze those results that have been achieved political elite in this field in recent years. The analysis determined that the process of communicative interaction between the authorities and society in modern Russia differs significantly from the implementation of this mechanism in other democratic countries.
