Abstract

Th ere have been studied 30 brains of the persons died of hemorrhage owing to lesion of vessels and internal organs with sharp instruments. Th e victims investigated have been divided into 2 groups. In the fi rst group there were persons died of lesions of large vessels or heart (13 cases). In the victims of the second group (17 cases) multiple injuries with lesions of peripheral vessels have been observed. Th e analysis of the data obtained allowed to establish that thanatogenesis in severe hemorrage and severe anemia is not the same. In the lesion of heart and large vessels thanatogenesis with high degree of probability is associated with anemia of vessels of microcirculatory bed, which arise in the terminal period. In multiple lesion of peripheral vessels dystonia of vessels and disurbance of blood rheologic properties play decisive role.

Изучен головной мозг 30 лиц, погибших от кровопотери вследствие повреждения сосудов и внутренних органов острыми орудиями. Исследуемый материал разделен на 2 группы. Первую группу составили погибшие от повреждений магистральных сосудов или сердца (13 случаев). У пострадавших второй группы (17 случаев) были обнаружены множественные ранения с поражением периферических сосудов. Анализ полученных данных позволил установить, что танатогенез при острой кровопотере и остром малокровии неодинаков. При повреждении сердца и крупных сосудов танатогенез с высокой степенью вероятности связан с малокровием сосудов МЦР, которое возникает в терминальном периоде. При множественном поражении периферических сосудов решающую роль играет дистония сосудов и нарушение реологических свойств крови.
