Правовые основы наследования имущественных прав в европейском Союзе и США

Abstract

В статье исследуются правовые особенности регулирования наследования имущественных прав в отдельных странах Европейского союза и США. Выделены схожие и отличительные черты иностранного законодательства, регулирующего основания возникновения и порядок наследования имущественных прав. Излагаются результаты сравнительного анализа процедуры перехода права собственности на наследственное имущество от наследодателя к наследнику в странах Европы.

In article legal features of regulation of inheritance of property rights in the separate countries of the European Union and the USA are investigated. There are allocated similar and distinctive features of the foreign legislation, regulating inheritance of property rights.
