Двухкоординатный датчик положения

Abstract

Рассмотрено аппаратное и алгоритмическое обеспечение двухкоординатного датчика положения, работающего на принципе определения абсолютных координат расположения объекта при отсутствии механического контакта частей первичного измерительного преобразователя. Проведена оценка причин возникновения погрешностей.
