Abstract

In this article the author highlights the views of members of the State Duma of the third and the fourth convocations about problems of Russian government in the Far East since 1908 to 1917. The author, on basis of different sources with the method of critical analysis, concludes that the policy of the tsarist Russia in the Far East was subjected to comprehensive criticism from various Duma fractions.
