Подходы к оценке эффективности реализации региональных стратегий социально-экономического развития

Abstract

Approaches of evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of socio-economic development of the region are analyzed. Substantiated evaluation stages of the effectiveness of implementation of regional strategies. It is proposed to evaluate the strategic (external) effectiveness of the strategy and operational (internal) effectiveness of the strategy.

Рассмотрены подходы к оценке эффективности реализации стратегии социально-экономического развития региона. Обоснованы этапы оценки эффективности реализации региональных стратегий. Предлагается оценивать стратегическую (внешнюю) иоперативную (внутреннюю) эффективностьреализациистратегии.
