Образовательные структуры как одна из основ формирования кластеров

Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы объединения ТНК со сферой образования и науки на основе использования кластерного подхода, усиления роли территориального сотрудничества, активизации и развития новых технологий, возникающих на базе университетов, научных лабораторий и научных парков, технополисов. Решение данных проблем выводит современное образование и науку на новый, более высокий уровень взаимодействия с производством, способствует активному развитию корпоративных форм обучения.

The paper examines the process of forming clusters (new patterns of interaction between education, science and technology). The author provides a thorough analysis of the data on the subject and underlines the role of education in clusters formation and in realizing advanced economic strategies.
