Сравнительный анализ методов ценового регулирования, применяемых при реализации региональных проектов газификации

Abstract

Рассматривается проблема низкого уровня газификации сибирских и дальневосточных регионов России. Повысить уровень инвестиционной привлекательности проектов региональной газификации можно за счет изменения тарифной политики государства. В статье представляются результаты сравнительного анализа методов ценового регулирования, проведенного на основании предлагаемых автором критериев. Ценовая дискриминация рекомендуется как наиболее подходящий метод решения проблемы.

The article reveals the problem of low level of gasification of Siberia and Far East regions. To increase investment attractiveness of regional gasification projects government tariff policy should be changed. The article presents the results of comparison analysis of different price regulation methods that is done based on criteria developed by the author. Price discrimination is recommended as the best method to solve the problem.
