Abstract

The paper presents the results of research on the diagnosis and comparative analysis of personal and professional characteristics of pharmaceutical specialists using the original techniques. It was established the connection between the experience of the specialist and the degree of personal and professional qualities.

Представлены результаты исследования по диагностике и сравнительному анализу личностно-деловых качеств фармацевтических специалистов с применением оригинальной методики. Установлена связь между опытом работы специалиста и степенью выраженности личностно-деловых качеств.
