Abstract

В статье излагаются результаты исследования общественных настроений в республиках Северного Кавказа, проведенного в 2013 г. Предпринят анализ полученных данных в сравнении с результатами социологических исследований, проведенных в регионе в 2010-2012 гг. С целью выявления причинно-следственных связей изменений, происходящих в обществе, по основным социально-экономическим направлениям представлены официальные статистические данные по республикам. Используемая методика изучения развития региона на основе общественного мнения позиционируется автором как уникальная и достоверная; система показателей и метода сбора данных были апробированы в ходе мониторинга в Ингушетии в 2012г. Основными результатами исследования социально-экономического развития территории Северного Кавказа являются: статистический портрет шести республик: Дагестан, Ингушетия, Северная Осетия (Алания), Кабардино-Балкария, Карачаево-Черкесия, Чеченская Республика; актуализация наиболее острых и значимых проблем в республиках, сравнительный анализ с данными 2011 г.; подведение итогов на основе сопоставления статистических и социологических данных.

The article describes the results of the public moods study conducted in the republics of the Northern Caucasus in 2013. The data obtained during the survey was compared with the data of the studies carried out in the region in 2010-2012. To reveal the cause and effect relationship the author uses the statistical social and economic data. The technique applied in the study is unique and valid; the indicators` system was tested during the monitoring in Ingushetia in 2012. According to the key results of the study, the statistical portraits of six republics (Dagestan, Ingushetia, North Ossetia -Alania, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, and Chechen republic) were described; the basic conclusions were drawn based on the statistical and sociological data.
