Abstract

Во время выбора препаратов для проведения дезинфекции в конкретных условиях врачи ветеринарной медицины учитывают в основном собственный опыт относительно эффективности отдельных средств, но при этом необходимо обращать внимание и на научные публикации относительно новых, современных дезинфицирующих средств, рекомендации и предупреждения по их использованию. Целью исследований было определение эффективных режимов применения дезинфицирующих препаратов в условиях животноводческих помещений при проведении профилактической дезинфекции. Работа проводилась в животноводческих хозяйствах Харьковской и Донецкой областях Украины. В качестве дезинфицирующих препаратов использовали «ДезЭкон», состоящий из комплекса четвертичных аммониевых соединений и «Новодез-форте», в состав которого входят глутаровый альдегид и четвертичное аммониевое соединение. Качество проведенной дезинфекции контролировали по выделению санитарно-показательных микроорганизмов — бактерий группы кишечной палочки. Результаты проведенных научно-хозяйственных опытов свидетельствуют о том, что дезинфицирующие препараты «ДезЭкон» (5,0% — 5 ч) и «Новодез-форте» (2,0% — 5 ч) могут применяться для проведения профилактических ветеринарно-санитарных мероприятий. Внедрение комплекса санитарных мероприятий в практику с использованием предложенных средств и методов на фермах и промышленных комплексах будут способствовать улучшению санитарно-гигиенических условий содержания животных и получения продуктов животноводства высокого качества.

When selecting disinfectants for specific conditions, veterinarians mainly rely on their own experience regarding the effectiveness of particular preparations, however, they should pay attention to scientific publications on new disinfectants, and to the recommendation on their application. The research purpose was the definition of effective application regimes of disinfectants in animal farming facilities at prophylactic disinfection. The research was conducted on animal farms the Kharkov and Donetsk Regions of Ukraine. The applied disinfectants were as following: DezEkon, consisting of quaternary ammonium compounds, and Novodez-Forte, consisting of glutaric aldehyde and quaternary ammonium compound. The quality of the disinfection was evaluated by the isolation of sanitary indicator microorganisms, coliform group bacteria. The obtained results prove that the disinfectants DezEkon (5.0% — 5 hours) and Novodez-Forte (2.0% — 5 hours) may be applied for veteri-nary-and-sanitary prophylactic measures. The implementation of the package of sanitary measures with the use of proposed disinfectants on farms and in commercial animal breeding facilities would improve the sanitary-hygienic situation of animal husbandry and the quality of animal products.
