Support for the competition is one of the fundamental principles of the constitutional system. This support is provided through the protection and development of competition. In the article the features and problems of development of competition, regulatory and legal protection are discussed. Some ways to improve such protection are proposed.

Поддержка конкуренции является одним из основополагающих принципов конституционного строя. Такая поддержка осуществляется посредством защиты и развития конкуренции. В статье рассматриваются особенности и проблемы развития конкуренции и ее административно-правовой защиты, предлагаются пути их решения.
