Abstract

Проведен анализ механизмов поддержки малого и среднего предпринимательства в северных территориях Красноярского края в разрезе нормативно-правовой базы, имущественного, информационно-консультационного и финансового аспектах. Оценка их результативности дана составлением расходов консолидированного бюджета территорий на поддержку малого и среднего предпринимательства с количеством субъектов и налоговыми платежами как источниками экономического роста. Работа выполнена в рамках гранта КГАУ «Красноярский краевой фонд поддержки научной и научно-технической деятельности» (проект №КФ-503).

The article provides an analysis of the mechanisms of small-and medium-sized business support in Krasnoyarsk region’s northern territories in terms of the regulatory framework, considering the pecuniary, information-consultation and financial aspects. Assessment of the efficiency thereof is based on the allocation of funds from the consolidated budget of the territories for small-and medium-sized business support, wherein the number of federal subjects and fiscal charges are sources of the economic growth.
