Формирование педагогической направленности личности в системе «Школа вуз»

Abstract

В статье изложены теоретические основы и практические результаты формирования педагогической направленности личности как системного личностного образования, обеспечивающего целенаправленно организованное профессиональное становление будущего педагога, принятие и осмысление педагогических ценностей, формирование собственного отношения к профессии учителя. Показано изменение мотивационно-потребностной сферы у обучающихся профильных педагогических классов в системе «школа-вуз» в ходе реализации психолого-педагогических условий. Установлено, что педагогическая направленность личности есть осознанная в ходе допрофессиональной подготовки мотивация и потребность в получениипедагогической специальности и последующей педагогическойдеятельности.
