Abstract

Цель: Определить основные формы незаконной деятельности в сфере добровольного и обязательного страхования транспортных средств. Методология: Использовались частно-научные методы познания: формально-юридический, сравнительно-правовой, системного анализа и другие. Результаты: Определены наиболее распространенные формы незаконной деятельности в сфере добровольного и обязательного страхования транспортных средств. Новизна/оригинальность/ценность: В статье анализируются возможные причины незаконной деятельности в сфере добровольного и обязательного страхования транспортных средств, определяются необходимые меры по ее предотвращению.

Purpose: To identify the main types of illegal activities in the field of voluntary and obligatory insurance of vehicles. Methodology: Use of private-scientific methods of science: formal-legal, comparative legal, system analysis and others. Results: The most common forms of illegal activity in voluntary and obligatory insurance of vehicles have been determined. Novelty/originality/value: In article there are analyzed the possible causes of these actions are determined by the necessary measures to prevent them.
