Система принятия управленческих решений по снижению влияния субъективного фактора как причины аварийной ситуации

Abstract

The analysis of influence of the subjective factor on a condition of industrial safety is carried out. Principal causes of influence of the subjective factor are considered. The method of calculation of a subjective indicator of a condition for definition of level of the subjective factor on the basis of the system analysis and methodology of construction of systems of support of decision-making is offered. It is constructed system of support of decision-making allowing to form administrative decisions in the form of a set of organizational actions for decrease in influence of the subjective factor.

Проведен анализ влияния субъективного фактора на состояние промышленной безопасности. Рассмотрены основные причины влияния субъективного фактора. Предложен метод расчета субъективного показателя состояния для определения уровня субъективного фактора, в основе которого лежит системный анализ и методология построения систем поддержки принятия решений. Построена СППР, позволяющая формировать управленческие решения в виде набора организационных мероприятий по снижению влияния субъективного фактора. Библиогр. 7. Ил. 1.
