В статье представлены результаты исследования, которое позволило разработать модельные характеристики и нормативы оценки различных компонентов физического состояния высококвалифицированных борцов греко-римского стиля, разработать методику оценки и коррекции физического состояния борцов. Представлены сведения об эффективности влияния разработанной методики на показатели аэробной и анаэробной работоспособности, отдельные физические качества и адаптационные возможности сердечно-сосудистой системы.

This paper presents the results of the study, which allowed the development of model characteristics and specifications assess various components of the physical condition of highly Greco-Roman style, to develop a methodology to assess and correct the physical condition of the wrestlers. Provides information about the effectiveness of the developed method on the performance of aerobic and anaerobic performance, power and speed-strength quality and adaptability of the cardiovascular system.
