Abstract

The article considers the process of foundation and activity of the greatest public charity fund of the South Urals. Close connection between its activity and social policy of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Company is shown. The characteristic of main social programs of the fund is given, the sources of its financial support are shown; the influence of economic crisis on the character and the volumes of support of disadvantaged population of Magnitogorsk is revealed.

статье рассматривается процесс создания и деятельности крупнейшего на Южном Урале общественного благотворительного фонда. Показана тесная связь его деятельности с социальной политикой Магнитогорского металлургического комбината. Дана характеристика основных социальных программ фонда, показаны источники их финансирования, выявлено влияние экономического кризиса на характер и объёмы поддержки фондом малообеспеченного населения г. Магнитогорска.
