Abstract

The article is devoted to the Christian perspective in Russian rock poetry. The investigation is based on the rock-opera «The Second Coming» of the Baptist group «The Trumpet Call». The analysis of the album compositions resulted in identifying the key ways of incorporating the Gospel text in the structure of the rock-opera and the features of its functioning.

Данная статья посвящена рассмотрению христианской проблематики в русской рок-поэзии. В качестве материала исследования выбрана рок-опера «Второе пришествие» баптистской группы «Трубный зов». В результате анализа композиций этого альбома были выявлены основные способы включения евангельского текста в структуру рок-оперы и особенности его функционирования.
